Belägen mellan rådhuset och kajområdet. Parken har symmetriskt utplacerade grusgångar och fritt placerade träd. I parkens mitt finns en fontän. Sommartid är den en plats för solbadare och glassätare, vintertid brukar träden dekoreras med ljusinstallationer. Parken började anläggas 1896.
